Manufacturing: 4-6 time line
Process in manufacturing:

Standard shipping: 5-8 day timeline for standard shipping to South Africa from main factory. Once received at Mass Custom SA offices, the order will be inspected and reshipped to your door. Shipping will only incur when the balance of the account is settled and confirmed.
All order invoices need to be settled in full before any of the above is possible. NO orders will be dispatched unless the account is settled in full. NO EXCEPTIONS (Race weekend is not a valid reason to avoid payment).
Nationwide delivery within South Africa is available with our nominated courier partner. International shipping to be quoted separately if required.
Custom orders include free shipping - Orders over the stipulated value also qualify for free shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges online store & GP collection
Defective or incorrect sizing
Free return shipping applies once per order. If a return is required to swap for alternative sizing, we offer free return shipping to swap the item out. If an additional swap out is required further, courier cost will be for quoted for the client account.
Mass Custom SA does not offer a refund on custom ordered products as these items are commissioned specifically for the clients needs and purposes.
If your order is incorrect Mass Custom SA will offer a solution to rectify, refund or exchange part of your order or the full order. This will be at the discretion of Mass Custom SA.
In person swap is possible by appointment basis at our private offices or through an authorized re-seller.
Order collection
Order collection is available on-appointment basis. Accounts to be settled before collection is possible.
Order dispatch: Orders are booked for collection on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Timeline: JHB / PTA: 1 - 2 working days / Nationwide: 3 - 5 working days.
