If you order design / deposit / measurements are finalized on any other day then it will only fall onto the following Monday when your order will be processed and not from the date you make payment. Please note that any order info will be updated on the 30th of every month. If your order has been shipped and arrives in SA prior to any listed ETA dates, we will contact you directly to arrange shipping.

We kindly ask that you please check this link for your order ETA before you contacting us directly and waiting for feedback. Applying pressure and following up before the ETA dates unfortunately does not speed up the order process, thank you for your patience in this regard.

Any delays are beyond our control. Due to our products being custom-made - no refunds are possible once an order is placed.
