What happens if my suit / jacket does not fit when I receive it?

Your orders are made by hand specifically for you with your unique measurements provided. If you have never had a custom fitted suit before, it may feel very different from what you're used to in relation to the "off the shelf" suits so you may feel a sense of panic initially if it feels a bit different to what you are used to. Some areas may be tighter than what you are used to or it may be looser than what you are used to, a lot of this is not a mistake and it is all by design.

A suit is not made to be comfortable to walk around in, it is designed to be ergonomically fitted whilst being used on the bike. Initially the suit may feel restrictive or difficult to move around in on the bike, but this is normal. Most of the time the issues are resolved with just break in time during use. Break in time is generally two to three full days of use on track or road trips whereby you have had time to sweat and try maximize all the movement you require.

Don't worry, if there are any fitment issues due to manufacturing, a measurement error or even in the case where you may have gained / lost weight and need alterations we can assist.

If you feel there are serious concerns about fitment of your order please complete the below form and send photo / video evidence to us to review and revert back with feedback.

Thank you! We’ll be in touch.

Before any alterations are made, clients need to follow a break in process before any un warranted alteration costs are incurred. In extreme cases where you feel the break in time is not possible we can assist, we would just need photos and videos showing the areas of concern. Once we have reviewed your information we will revert back with a possible check list on measurement areas we will need you to provide.

If you would like alterations made for a comfort perspective and the fitment is not restricting you by design the alteration costs will be for the clients account.
